These Terms of Service govern use of the Rivenne Row storefront, operated by PRIME DOLLAR LLC. By using the site, you agree to these terms and our Privacy, Shipping and Return policies.

Store availability

The current collection is being prepared. A product is offered for purchase only when its page shows current availability, a fixed price and an enabled checkout. Displayed content that cannot be added to cart and purchased is not an accepted offer.

Product information

We aim to publish accurate titles, descriptions, materials, sizing, care information, images, prices and availability based on verified product information. Product colors may vary by display. Purchasers are responsible for reviewing and following all product-specific sizing, care and use instructions.

Prices and orders

Store prices are displayed in United States dollars unless clearly stated otherwise. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are presented before payment. An order is accepted only after checkout is completed and confirmation is issued. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, pricing is clearly erroneous, payment is not authorized or fraud is suspected.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, submit unlawful content or use the store in a way that infringes another person's rights.

Rivenne Row branding, original site text and original design elements are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party product names and marks belong to their respective owners and may be used only to identify authentic products when authorized.

The site is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss except where applicable law provides otherwise.
