Shipping policy

Rivenne Row is preparing its United States collection. Checkout and shipping rates remain unavailable until product availability and logistics are verified. No order can be placed unless an eligible shipping method and its full charge are shown at checkout.

Eligible destinations

When sales open, the destinations we can serve will be determined by the shipping options displayed for the customer's address at checkout. We do not promise delivery to an address when no rate is displayed.

Costs and delivery estimates

Shipping charges, processing information and estimated delivery windows will be shown before payment once they are configured and verified. We do not publish an unverified flat rate or delivery promise.

Order processing and tracking

For accepted orders, customers will receive the information available from the selected shipping service. Tracking is provided when the carrier supports it. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, address issues or other circumstances outside our control.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Use the contact form as soon as possible if an address needs correction. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
