Rivenne Row starts with an empty review history. We do not copy testimonials, import another store's totals or create customer identities.

What belongs in a product review

• A genuine experience with the product shown on that page.
• The customer's own words and rating.
• Photos or video submitted with permission for the stated use.

Moderation

Feedback may be moderated for personal information, spam, unlawful content or content unrelated to the product. Moderation must not change the meaning of a genuine review or hide criticism simply because it is negative.

Display

Any summary rating or review count must be calculated from the reviews actually displayed for the relevant product or store scope.
